Times when my Bull has failed Me

There has been thrice when my bullet has failed me. 1> The accident which I had mentioned in one of my blogs had resulted in stalling of my bullet. I was unable to move it even an inch forward. Then I had dismantled the disk brake and started my bull in that state itself. It was able to take me safely to the service center twenty kms away. 2> The second instance was when my clutch system was totally ruined. I was trying hard to start my bull but my kick itself was not working. It just behaved as if I have pressed the clutch lever. I adjusted the clutch several time and some how I was able to start it. I straightaway took it to service center and they changed the whole clutch system. 3> This time on one fine morning it failed to start. Usually it used to start in single kick, but this day i tried numerous times with no result. It was not cold also. I tried the choke, pressed the kick several times after pulling the clutch lever. But no result. Luckily my bike was on higher altitude, so i just tried to roll it down the slope in first gear with clutch lever pulled. After some time i released the clutch and it started. Funniest part is that I haven't taken it to service station after that and it is behaving like good old days starting in just one kick.

Swimming Madness

This is from the time when I didn't know how to swim. I can recall two incidents from that time which are worth mentioning. The first one was at chhatth'2000 and the second at chhatth'2001. In our village we used give aragh at the bank of the river opposite to our village as that bank had sand. We used to call it baluahi ghat. So, the day before teenagers from our gaon used to swim across to decorate the other bank. Decoration was a symbol of reserving the place for us. We used ribbons, series bulbs, banana trees etc, to decorate the place. Back to the point, it was the day before the festival. All teenagers were crossing the river. There was a boat also and as I was a novice swimmer(that would also be boasting, I just used to throw my arms and legs), I was on the boat. A Fine Sunday Morning

It was a fine Sunday morning. I was jogging with my brother. After walking down miles as considered by my brother, we returned to our colony ground. It was all set for a cricket match. Our bonhomie were present there with bats and ball. Teams were decided. Observing my team, I figured out that I was taken there as an all rounder. Oh my God! it means I will have to bowl. Its the most dreadfull act for me. I'm really scared of it because of unknown reasons. Earlier this was not so. I bowled my qouta with pretty decency. But now I can't even bowl a single, good lined, well pitched slow ball.Don't know which devil ate my all confidence. Sometimes I grab the ball with such a force the there is untimed delivery of ball and I end up bowling short, or the grip is too loose to get the ball bounce the ground even once. Don't know what Title I should keep

Life has been very happening lately, witnessed many new things. Don't know whether I should write or not. But anyways I have to express it somewhere, If not to my closest friends then at least to my diary .... my blog. Here it goes .... One of my best friends came back from his onsite. Since morning I was in regular touch with him. Although I was in office but for the greatest invention of man called mobile I was in touch with my friend, or you must say this was what I assumed. Then, at 1'o clock he let me know that he has locked himself out of the house and he can't enter. Actually my house has a strange locking system identical to cars. If you haven't taken the keys out of the house and somehow the gate gets locked then you have no way to enter the house.
